React & React Native Developer

We are looking for a skilled React & React Native Developer to join our team. You will work on building modern, scalable, and user-friendly applications across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience with design systems, component libraries, accessibility standards, and is comfortable collaborating with designers and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain applications using React.js (web) and React Native (mobile).
  • Build and optimize reusable UI components aligned with design systems and component libraries (Chakra UI, Material UI, or custom).
  • Implement and manage design tokens to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready UI.
  • Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or third-party services into applications.
  • Optimize performance for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA, product) in an agile environment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with strong test coverage.

Requirements:

  • Experience Level: 3+ years
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and React Native.
  • Experience with component libraries and design systems (Chakra UI, Material UI, or custom).
  • Knowledge of design tokens and Figma integration workflows.
  • Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive UI development.
  • Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

  • Experience with Expo for React Native development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
  • Knowledge of mobile app store submission process (iOS App Store, Google Play).
  • Understanding of server-side rendering (Next.js) for web apps.
  • Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox).
