Software Engineer III- Oracle RMS

Confiz LLC is looking for a Software Engineer to join our team as we intensify the pace of innovation and support future growth through technology solutions in Mexico. The Software Engineer will be responsible for supporting mission-critical Integrations between Source data, Financial SaaS and client applications with Oracle RMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Oracle RMS SME to support clients merchandising transformation.

  • Configure, customize, and enhance Oracle RMS modules.

  • Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Work with QA, developers, and external vendors on integrations and batch processing.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot RMS batches, job failures, and data inconsistencies.

  • Ensure accurate data synchronization across RMS, RPM, ReIM, Xstore, and eCommerce platforms.

  • Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare post-go-live activities.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional coordination. Preferred Experience: • Implementation/Support experience with Oracle RMS Cloud (SaaS).

  • Exposure to Store Inventory Management (SIM) or Oracle Xstore POS.

  • Understanding of retail omnichannel workflows.

Requirements:

  • Oracle PL/SQL (Advanced Level)

  • Job Scheduling using Airflow

  • Java and RESTful Web Services

  • ETL development in any language

  • Oracle RMS (v13.x, v14.x, v16 or Cloud SaaS)

  • AWS (Basic knowledge or experience)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Oracle RMS, RPM, SIM, Xstore

  • Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud Suite Domain Expertise:

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle RMS modules:

  • Item and Supplier Management

  • Purchase Orders and Deals

  • Costing and Inventory

  • Transfers and Allocations

  • Physical Inventory

  • Retail business processes including:

  • Merchandise Financial Planning

  • Procurement & Pricing

  • Omni-channel capabilities (BOPIS, returns, markdowns)
