Confiz is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the AI enablement of ServiceNow, focusing on integrating conversational AI to enhance IT service workflows. The ideal candidate will define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with both technical and business goals. Key responsibilities include managing AI integration with ServiceNow, designing intuitive chat-based experiences, gathering stakeholder feedback, and ensuring agile delivery in partnership with engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap – Define and maintain the AI enablement roadmap for ServiceNow, in alignment with IT and business goals.

  • Partnership & Collaboration – Work directly with the client lead to shape priorities, track progress, and communicate status to leadership.

  • Experience Design – Collaborate with design and engineering to create an intuitive chat-based interface that allows users to interact with AI (GCP/Claude) for ticket assistance and automatic ServiceNow ticket creation when needed.

  • AI Integration Management – Translate the vision for chat-driven service interactions into actionable product requirements for integration with ServiceNow and related systems.

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Gather feedback from internal user groups, including existing informal chat channels, and design a process to move them into the structured AI-assisted workflow.

  • Delivery Oversight – Partner with the engineering lead and existing PMs to ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to the roadmap.

  • Agile - Has outstanding working experience with agile methodologies and frameworks and is able to choose the right tool for the job at hand.

  • Metrics & Outcomes – Define success metrics (e.g., reduction in ticket creation time, improved resolution rates, user satisfaction) and oversee performance tracking post-launch.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including hands-on experience with enterprise software, ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow), or AI-driven user experiences.

  • Proven ability to define product strategy and drive execution across cross-functional technical teams.

  • Strong understanding of AI/Chatbot technologies, preferably GCP Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM-based systems.

  • Experience integrating conversational AI into enterprise workflows.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working directly with senior leadership.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining KPIs and success metrics.

  • Located onshore or able to collaborate closely across overlapping time zones; preference for candidates within proximity to client offices for frequent on-site work.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
