We're looking for an engaged and detail-oriented People Operations Executive/ Specialist to be a core part of our People & Culture team. This pivotal role is dedicated to crafting a best-in-class employee experience, leveraging digital tools (HRIS, AI, Canva) to bring creativity, efficiency, and precision to every HR touchpoint. You will own the complete employee journey and significantly contribute to our inclusive company culture.
Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle & Operations
- Own the end-to-end employee journey from onboarding and digital documentation to offboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience at every touchpoint.
- Manage medical insurance enrollments, claims, and employee queries; liaise with vendors for smooth process administration.
- Support the performance management cycle, coordinating review timelines, preparing data summaries, and guiding managers and employees through the process.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and data; ensure timely and precise updates within the HRIS system.
Employee Engagement & Communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience, including developing digital onboarding kits and welcome communications.
- Draft and design engaging company announcements, newsletters, and recognition posts using digital tools like Canva and internal communication platforms.
- Assist in organizing and executing company-wide events, recognition programs, and engagement activities that actively promote a strong and inclusive culture.
HR Technology & Compliance
- Utilize HRIS and AI-enabled platforms to automate workflows, streamline data management, and generate actionable people insights and reports.
- Support People and Culture internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to company policies, data accuracy, and compliance with HR standards.
- Contribute to key People & Culture projects focused on improving operational efficiency and employee growth.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of hands-on HR operations experience, preferably within the IT or Technology sector, with a focus on managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent degree.
- High attention to detail with analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable and collaborative attitude. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like Canva, HRIS, and AI-enabled reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with HR digitalization trends, AI-based HR tools, and automation platforms will be a strong plus.
