Confiz is seeking a talented Power Platform Architect with technical leadership experience to join our team for a long-term position. As the primary Power Platform domain guide, you will engage with clients to address their current business needs while preparing them for future solutions. You will be responsible for driving implementations across all project phases and collaborating closely with the development and customer teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive implementations throughout all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
  • Collaborate with the development and customer teams to deliver high-quality solutions that surpass client expectations while adhering to time limits.
  • Follow and promote the best design practices and coding standards.
  • Create a platform implementation roadmap and define priorities.
  • Collaborate with Information security and advise/maintain security and governance procedures.
  • Participate actively in discovery workshops, requirements gathering discussions, documentation development, and business development pre-sales sessions.
  • Take accountability for the solution lifecycle, including process and technical design and solution architecture.
  • Serve as an authority on licensing and build return on investment models to explain the cost implications of adopting the Power Platform.
  • Improve processes by creating standard processes, templates, and demos.
  • Collaborate with the development team to define specifications for automations and low code use cases.
  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to standard methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT.
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform - most importantly Power Apps/Power Automate.
  • Excellent leadership skills and clear communication abilities.
  • Azure knowledge, Azure DevOps, PowerShell.
  • In-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory and Teams.
  • Proven experience in the IT industry with a demonstrated ability to build solutions using Power Platform, D365, and M365.
  • Strong design and architecture experience in M365/Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience working with multiple data sources, such as Dataverse (CDS), SQL/Azure SQL and SharePoint, as well as other connectors.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) with a focus on governance, policy definition, process creation, and license management.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and experience deploying solutions, handling release pipelines, and implementing branching strategies.
  • Background in SharePoint or Dynamics development is ideal.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Advanced certifications is a plus.
