We are seeking a motivated WSO2 & Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, management, and operational support of our multi-product WSO2 ecosystem, including API Manager, Micro Integrator (MI), Enterprise Integrator (EI), and Identity Server, along with associated technologies like Kafka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management, configuration, and operational support of WSO2 products (API Manager, MI, EI, Identity Server) across development, test and production environments.
  • Maintain and configure integrations between WSO2 platforms and Kafka.
  • Development and maintenance of business and operational monitoring dashboards and alerts using tools like ELK Stack/Grafana/Prometheus.
  • Configure log aggregation and analysis processes to ensure system health.
  • Build and monitor Kafka-specific metrics (topic lag, consumer groups, broker health
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, including performance bottlenecks, timeouts, and memory leaks.
  • Implementing industry best practices for performance tuning and system stability under supervision.
  • Participate in shift-based production support and incident management, contributing to root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with WSO2 platform administration (API Manager, MI, or EI).
  • Sound understanding of Linux operating systems and containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Knowledge of Kafka and its core concepts.
  • Familiarity with Java and basic performance troubleshooting (e.g., analyzing thread dumps, heap dumps).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (4 yrs) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant WSO2 or other technology certifications
