Confiz is looking for a Lead Outbound Marketing with 4+ years of experience to own and scale our outbound growth engine across priority markets and verticals. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, tooling, and revenue alignment, with a clear mandate: generate high-quality pipeline through intelligent, account-based outbound motion.
You will design, execute, and continuously optimize outbound programs across email, LinkedIn, paid intent, and AI-assisted workflows, working closely with Sales, RevOps, and regional leadership to ensure outbound is measurable, repeatable, and revenue-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Own Confiz’s end-to-end outbound marketing strategy across ICPs, verticals, and regions, translating GTM priorities into clear, high-impact outbound campaigns, sequences, and offers aligned to Dynamics 365 business applications, Data & AI platforms, and industry solutions across Retail, CPG, Automotive, Facilities, and Telecom.
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound programs across email and LinkedIn automation, continuously testing and optimizing messaging, targeting, cadence, and offer positioning to ensure outbound efforts remain high-signal, low-noise, and brand-safe.
- Work closely with Sales and RevOps to align on ICPs, personas, and target accounts, define inbound versus outbound handover rules, improve MQL-to-SQL conversion quality, strengthen attribution, enhance pipeline visibility, and normalize cost per MQL and SQL.
- Own the outbound tooling and engagement stack, including CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and intent data platforms, while leveraging AI and automation to scale personalization, accelerate research and copy development, and improve campaign efficiency without compromising quality.
- Define and track outbound performance through clear KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per MQL and SQL, pipeline influenced, and campaign ROI, delivering leadership-ready dashboards and insights to guide prioritization, optimization, and investment decisions.
- Manage outbound marketing operations, including domain and email infrastructure, warm-up strategies, sender reputation, and deliverability best practices to continuously improve domain health, inbox placement, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
