Confiz is seeking multiple Senior Technical Program Manager – Global Transformation to serve as a Global PMO Lead across the REx program. This role will provide enterprise-level program management support, ensuring alignment with global governance standards, standardized execution models, and delivery priorities across markets. The position partners closely with Market PMOs, Global Process Owners, Digital Technologies teams, Systems Integrators, and key business stakeholders to drive disciplined execution, transparent reporting, and predictable delivery outcomes across a complex, multi-market transformation.
Responsibilities
Global Program Governance & Execution
- Act as Global PMO support across the REx program, ensuring adherence to global governance frameworks, standardized delivery models, and execution priorities.
- Partner with Market PMOs, Global Process Owners, Digital Technologies teams, and Systems Integrators to enable strong planning, coordination, and execution across regions and workstreams.
- Facilitate global governance forums, program reviews, and leadership updates, ensuring clear communication, structured documentation, and effective action tracking.
- Champion adoption of standardized program management practices, governance models, and continuous improvement across the Global REx PMO community.
Reporting, Metrics & Insights
- Consolidate and validate program delivery metrics to enable accurate executive reporting, cross-market visibility, and data-driven decision making.
- Establish and maintain program health KPIs aligned to Global REx governance and communication frameworks.
- Partner with BI and AI enablement teams to strengthen reporting automation, data insights, and scalable PMO capabilities.
Financial Management & Vendor Oversight
- Support program financial management including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting in close partnership with Mars Snacking stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners to track invoices, monitor spend against approved budgets, and maintain financial transparency across the program.
Planning, Risk & Delivery Management
- Provide program-level oversight of risks, dependencies, issues, actions, decisions, and changes, ensuring early escalation and proactive mitigation of delivery impacts.
- Support integrated planning, release readiness, and cross-market coordination with Market PMOs and Release Leads to enable predictable delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate governance readiness and internal review processes, including System Architecture Reviews, Feasibility Gates, and other key program checkpoints, ensuring alignment to transformation standards and required approvals.
Tools & Delivery Enablement
- Leverage enterprise program management tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and related reporting platforms to maintain delivery visibility, governance tracking, and execution discipline.
- Ensure consistent tracking and governance of program artifacts through established tools and forums.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key liaison across global stakeholders, aligning business priorities, market execution, and program strategy.
- Influence across global, cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive alignment, accountability, and results.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience, including 3+ years leading digital or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in Global PMO, large-scale transformation, or complex multi-market program environments.
- Strong knowledge of program governance, delivery frameworks, and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Working knowledge of SDLC, enterprise technology platforms, and delivery/reporting tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience managing program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and vendor coordination.
- Project or Program Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred; experience in global CPG environments is a plus.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and execution discipline.
