Confiz is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Sales Incentive Compensation who will be a key member of the Product Management team, responsible for defining, building, and evolving enterprise Sales Incentive Compensation solutions. This role will craft and execute a multi-year product roadmap that enhances employee experience, improves compensation transparency, and ensures accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.

This leader will manage the full product lifecycle — from opportunity identification and discovery through feature prioritization, delivery, launch, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong execution skills and thrives in complex, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year product vision and roadmap for Sales Incentive Compensation aligned to enterprise strategy
  • Translate complex compensation plans into scalable product requirements, data models, and releasable features
  • Own backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, and delivery across the full product lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and Sales Operations to drive successful outcomes
  • Deliver user-centric tools that improve compensation transparency, accuracy, and seller trust (e.g., earnings dashboards, quota tracking, commission simulators)
  • Incorporate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities responsibly to enhance insights, forecasting, and operational efficiency
  • Define and track success metrics (accuracy, payout timeliness, adoption, dispute resolution, efficiency) and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage risks, dependencies, release planning, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Present product strategy, performance insights, and recommendations to executive leadership

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • At least 2 years focused on sales operations, revenue operations, or Incentive Compensation Management platforms (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Varicent)
  • Proven track record of managing products across the full lifecycle
  • Experience translating complex compensation plan logic into scalable product solutions
  • Practical experience delivering AI- or ML-enabled product capabilities
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, Agile methodologies, and testing practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement
  • Ability to define, measure, and optimize business processes
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Aha!)
  • Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capabilities
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
