Senior Program Manager

Confiz is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Finance Technology Delivery team as we intensify the pace of innovation and support future growth through technology solutions. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading end to end financial management and program management which includes forecasting, planning, cost control and milestone planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program governance, including scope, milestone planning, dependency management, and executive reporting

• Own end-to-end financial management of a $1M+ enterprise program, including planning, forecasting, cost control, and variance reporting

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Retail Planning, Finance, Data, and IT stakeholders

• Establish and lead steering committees and leadership forums

• Manage risks, escalations, and inter-program dependencies proactively

• Oversee integration sequencing across SAP, Data Lake, and RELEX platforms

• Define and execute stakeholder communication strategies across all organizational levels

• Ensure business and technical alignment, translating requirements into system and integration impact

 

Must Have:

• 8+ years experience of leading Programs at large scale

• Strong experience managing complex implementation programs in retail or supply chain environments

• Experience managing large program budgets with financial accountability

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders

• Experience working in multi-system environments (ERP, planning tools, integrations)

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RELEX or similar planning platforms

• Exposure to Product Master Data or data transformation initiatives

• Understanding of enterprise integrations or data architecture

• Experience presenting to executive leadership or steering committees
