Technical Program Manager

Confiz is seeking a highly disciplined and strategic Enterprise Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, cross-functional transformation program spanning Data, Salesforce, and Business workstreams. This leader will own program execution, governance, and executive communication while ensuring disciplined scope control and forward-looking strategic alignment.

This role requires gravitas, executive presence, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups while maintaining rigorous planning, documentation, and accountability standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, including planning, roadmap development, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
• Establish and maintain strong governance (RAID logs, executive reporting, standardized documentation, and visibility tools).
• Lead SteerCo and executive updates with clarity, authority, and structured reporting.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Business, Salesforce, and Data teams.
• Oversee delivery of the Data workstream, including Data Architecture & Engineering, Reporting, Customer Master Data, and Product Master Data.
• Proactively identify risks, mitigate issues early, and enforce disciplined scope control.
• Balance stabilization of current initiatives with forward-looking strategic planning.
• Support SOW execution post internal approvals.

 

Requirements

• 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Strong governance, planning, and documentation discipline with executive-level communication skills.
• Demonstrated strategic mindset with ability to think big-picture while driving detailed execution.
• Experience working across Business, Product, Data, and IT teams.
• Exposure to Product Management environments and SOW execution.
• Preferred: PMP or PMX certification, experience in Data/IT/Infrastructure environments, Salesforce ecosystems, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
