Senior Systems Analyst

Confiz is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join a key team of Technology professionals managing technical hardware asset data that delivers significant business value to Nordstrom and its customers. Always curious, Analysts understand how process and technology changes fit into the company strategy. This role, in particular, will focus on the procurement and vendor relationship aspects of the business. Success is measured through a variety of methods including process improvement, effective use of technology products, metrics/data driven decision making, speed to delivery/resolution, and overall customer service provided to the end user. This Hardware Analyst will support/use various technology platforms including PC/Mac desktops, laptops, retail selling devices, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

• Manages end user and project requests, vendor quotes, and procurement processes for the

• Analyzes device options to meet the needs of the business, including tech compatibility

• Owns, processes and maintains queue of customer requests for new device orders, break-fix, or replacements per existing policy and guidance

• Develops and supports strategy for right-sizing on-hand stock across multiple inventory depots.

• Leads tasks that support program scope, measuring ongoing effectiveness and suggesting improvements.

• Supports business and technical discussions pertaining to the company’s asset priorities and objective.:

Requirements: 

•  4-year degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience with hardware asset management vendor management, Experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective solutions

• Experience and familiarity with managing and fulfilling both procurement and recycling requests. Direct experience with Coupa is a plus.

• Experience managing inventory and/or stock data, and driving efficiencies based off of burn rates and needs of the business

• Comfort in presenting to business stakeholders and leadership

Education:

•  4-year degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
