CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is looking for a Senior WMS Consultant – Manhattan Active WMS Specialist in Mexico with at least 8+ years of professional experience in supply chain consulting within retail or consumer goods industries.

This role is ideal for highly experienced professionals who are passionate about warehouse management systems, supply chain optimization, and driving large-scale digital transformations. You will play a strategic and hands-on role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Manhattan Active WMS solutions across distribution networks.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and engineering partners to deliver scalable and efficient warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS across multiple distribution centers
  • Design, configure, and optimize warehouse processes including Receiving, Putaway, Cross Dock, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define system design
  • Analyze supply chain processes to identify optimization opportunities
  • Create documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Lead and support testing strategies and validation of system changes
  • Act as a key consultant between business and technical teams
  • Work with APIs and integrations using JSON and Postman
  • Ensure Agile best practices are followed throughout delivery
  • Engage with stakeholders, including executive-level leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of consulting experience in supply chain (Retail or Consumer Goods)
  • Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS
  • Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS configuration
  • Experience with Manhattan Proactive Extension development
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes (Receiving, Putaway, Cross Dock, Pick, Pack, Ship)
  • Experience working with APIs (JSON, Postman)
  • Familiarity with Configuration Director and multi-configuration environments
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS
  • Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of logistics and distribution center operations
  • Experience with Manhattan SCI reporting and analytics
