Confiz is looking for a seasoned technical architect to join our growing Architecture Team - focused on optimizing our Web and App front ends, designing a robust landscape that leverages the digital capabilities as modular components. We aim to provide innovative design and architecture that enhances speed, flexibility, and personalization, enabling intelligence-driven customer experiences on a responsive and scalable platform. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a technical thought leader and architect across all front-end teams delivering digital solutions for end users 
  • Providing the architecture of Web/App platforms as per the laid out guiding principles 
  • High level architecture to be transformed into Technical Designs 
  • Transforming Functional & Non-functional requirements into designs 
  • Co-ordinating with product & business teams to close the loop for requirements & include into final solution proposal 
  • Assessing various available options, weighing their pros and cons, and documenting the results as an Architectural Decision Record (ADR) 
  • Assist and advise the engineering teams in selecting tools and evaluating multiple providers 
  • Outlining the Technical Architecture for each individual component including Web, App, SSO, Ecommerce capabilities 
  • Facilitate and participate in design review sessions to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices 
  • Conduct risk assessments of new & existing technologies and implementations, ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements 

Requirements: 

  • 8+ years of overall experience 
  • 3–5 years of working experience in a similar role 
  • Proven experience in React / React Native with .NET (.NET Core / ASP.NET) backend technologies 
  • Proven experience in working in complex enterprises with various dependencies 
  • Deep understanding of headless, microservices-based, API-first & event-based architectures 
  • Good experience with Cloud Native SaaS & custom-built applications, components & capabilities 
  • Solid experience working with open technologies & best-of-breed enterprise technology landscapes 
  • Working experience building solutions on Azure & AWS cloud infrastructure 
  • Ability to articulate design preferences & choices to senior stakeholders with a documented, analytical approach 
  • Familiarity with Agile working principles 
  • Experience working with tools like Lucid, JIRA, Confluence, etc. 

Good to have: 

  • Experience working with Adobe MarTech suite (Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, etc.) 
  • Architecture certifications from Azure or AWS 
  • Working experience in a SAFe organization 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
