Business Analyst - Data & AI

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst – Data & AI, you will drive discovery and execution of Data & AI projects, taking full ownership of understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to design AI-driven solutions and data stories that deliver tangible business value. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery phases for Data & AI projects, engaging with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Design and document business models, BPMs, user stories, and requirement specifications in Agile environments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, BI, and Engineering, to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
•  Guide and support data storytelling initiatives, ensuring insights are presented in a way that drives decision-making.
• Define key business metrics, performance indicators, and success criteria for AI and analytics initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices for AI adoption.
•  Contribute to ongoing process optimization, ensuring efficiency and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Data, AI, or Analytics-driven projects.
• Experience of working in Big Data/AI team is a must
• Experience of working in telecommunications sector is a must
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business challenges into structured data-driven solutions.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and data visualization techniques.
• Understanding of AI applications and their business impact.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong documentation skills, including experience with Business Canvas Models, BPMs, and user stories.
