Confiz is an information technology company with an amazing team of 600+ individuals working on highly innovative enterprise projects & products. We are seeking an experienced Account Support Specialist, with the following details:

Responsibilities:

· Communicating with customers and peers over telephone, email or online chat to resolve their account specific concerns, provide additional information regarding products or services.

· Following up with the organization’s internal resources and customers to ensure that their issues are sufficiently resolved.

· On-board and off-board employees as well as contractors to customers’ IT systems as per customers’ & Confiz’s SOPs.

· Act as a bridge between customer and Confiz personnel to resolve any confusion and address any quality-of-service concerns.

· Remove all bottleneck and road blocks that may inhibit smooth operations and/or impact our quality of service to our valued customers.

· Ensuring that the information regarding customer requests and complaints is provided accurately and efficiently.

· Handling online Q&A with customers and internal resources.

· Suggest improvements to internal processes that can raise our quality of service to our customers.

· Facilitate relocation & on-site on-boarding of Confiz personnel to customer sites.

· Become customer’s trusted advisor and act as customer’s advocate with-in Confiz.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in business, marketing, computer science, engineering or related discipline.

· Ideal candidate will have sufficient customer service experience or account support department.

· Must be friendly, patient and service oriented even under pressure.

· Strong people skills and the ability to quickly diagnose problems and develop solutions with a positive attitude.

· Naturally driven, self-starter eager to engage with the customer.

· The ability to understand and comprehend new technology innovations and market them to new and existing customers.

· Able to meet requests SLAs.

· Able to work & think quickly under pressure

· Very comfortable with technology and electronics.

· Strong Computer skills.

· Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Slack.

· Have a fire in the belly and be open to mentorship, grooming and training so that you can truly realize your potential and in doing so not only push your career forward but also increase Confiz’s customer footprint.

· Knowledge in SAP Fieldglass is a plus.

· Required to work in US time zone.
