We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience in our marketing team who will be collaborating with the marketing team to plan, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in paid search and advertising platforms such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Advertising. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns, ensuring their effectiveness. 

  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across different business units. 

  • Providing detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to the team, including actionable recommendations. 

  • Defining, setting, measuring, and evaluating relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for paid media campaigns. 

  • Overseeing the overall paid media budget. 

  • Audience building for specific campaign groups 

  • Analyzing campaign data to improve performance continuously. 

  • Designing, executing, and maintaining ROI-focused targeted ad campaigns. 

  • Conducting A/B testing for campaigns by continuously optimizing components like keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, and audience optimization. 

  • Writing compelling ad copy to drive conversions. 

  • Compiling and maintaining monthly campaign dashboards reporting and analysis of campaign performance. 

  • Consulting with cross-functional teams on creating new content or landing pages to improve campaign performance. 

  • Setting up conversion tracking and retargeting. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in digital marketing or related discipline 

  • 4+ years as a paid search marketer or in the paid search space, including Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Advertising 

  • Experience in the B2B Tech industry preferred 

  • Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising certifications preferred 

  • Exceptional grammar, research, fact-checking, writing, and editing skills 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
