Workday Integration Specialist

Confiz is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday systems within our large enterprise environment. You will leverage your expertise in Workday Studio, VIP, and Core Connectors to develop and manage integrations, as well as provide support for complex business processes and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working with Workday and a deep understanding of the platform's integration and configuration capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize modules within Workday, including HCM, payroll, recruiting, learning, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
  • Develop and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.
  • Design and manage sophisticated business processes in Workday to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Create and manage advanced Workday reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Configure and manage Workday security groups and roles to ensure that sensitive data is protected and regulatory compliance is maintained.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system configuration issues, proactively optimizing Workday system performance and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Oversee system changes and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and proper communication with stakeholders regarding new features and functionality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience working with Workday in a large enterprise environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, with extensive experience in configuring and optimizing Workday integrations and modules.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills to effectively diagnose issues and implement solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
  • Experience with additional Workday modules and tools (e.g., Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Learning, Workday Payroll).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to HR systems and security.
  • Experience in change management processes and methodologies.
