Workplace Executive- Travel Management

Responsibilities 

• Coordinating and arranging travel bookings such as flights, hotels, and local transportation.
• Handling hotel bookings for employees, guests, or clients, ensuring traveler preferences and budgets are met.
• Managing visa application processes (Both Domestic and International), ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission, and tracking applications.
• Liaising with embassies, consulates, or visa service providers as needed.
• Maintaining travel logs and monitoring employee travel-related documents, such as passport and visa expiration dates.
• Negotiating rates with travel and accommodation vendors to optimize costs.
• Addressing any travel-related emergencies or disruptions promptly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate absolutely nothing less than excellence in every aspect of day-to-day operations of the front desk.
• Greet and welcome all the guests/visitors at the office and announce their arrival to the appropriate contact as soon as they arrive. Maintain a flexible and professional approach in dealing with all the queries by guests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/ master’s degree from a reputed university in related discipline
• Must have good communication skills 
• Must have the ability to effectively use the lower ranked staff 
• Hardworking, punctual, honest & well mannered 
• A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital in this role 
• Proficient with MS Office, well versed with overall computer operations having good speed 
• Hands-on experience with JIRA is a plus
